2016 travels

Updated: Dec 18, 2019

I had the great pleasure of kicking 2016 off with fireworks in Malta. The rest of the year consisted of drinking green wine in Portugal, finding the Lost City of Petra, defying gravity in the Dead Sea in Jordan, witnessing a sword fight in Estonia, touring coastal Croatia, frolicking in Bosnian waterfalls, waving to the Queen of England at The Royal Ascot horse races, hiking to secluded coves in Spain, sitting Centre Court at Wimbledon, sailing the Mediterranean Sea, marveling at the twinkling Eiffel Tower at midnight, eating my way through Italy (twice), taking illegal photos at the Sistine Chapel in Vatican City and visiting the Taj Mahal in India. Not bad for one year’s time, hey?
